NEW Salvus Pulse — public preview

Care that
reaches everyone,
everywhere.

Salvus is a healthcare technology company building the rails, apps, and AI products that close the distance between patients and care — from a one-tap ambulance to a continent-wide patient graph.

What we build

One platform.
Three layers of care.

01 / API Developer hands at laptop
PROGRAMMABLE INFRASTRUCTURE

Healthcare, by API.

Triage, dispatch, EHR exchange and claims — exposed as REST and webhooks. Wire Salvus into a hospital, a chatbot, or a banking app in days.

CONSUMER PRODUCTS

Designed for everyday care.

Native mobile and web apps for patients, providers and dispatchers. Voice-first, low-bandwidth, USSD-ready — built for how Africa actually accesses care.

Emergency Records Pulse For Providers
03 / AI Clinician reviewing scans
CLINICAL INTELLIGENCE

Models trained on our diseases.

Triage, ambient scribe, imaging anomalies, and chart summarization — fine-tuned on the conditions and dialects global AI ignores.

One tap.
Help is moving.

Press once. Salvus dispatches the nearest verified ambulance, alerts your next-of-kin, and streams your vitals and location to the responder before they arrive — on smartphone, web, or a *6555# USSD fallback for feature phones.

Why we exist

Half the continent lives more than an hour from a hospital. We're building the connective tissue that closes that hour — one API, one app, one model at a time.

How we work

An operating philosophy
shaped by where we work.

001 — Care reaches first

Minutes, not metrics.

Every product we ship has to make a real human get help faster. We ruthlessly cut anything that doesn't move that one number — even features users say they want. Latency is a clinical issue.

  • Median dispatch time tracked per-product, per-week.
  • Every PR ships with a "minutes saved" estimate.
  • On-call rotation includes founders, no exceptions.

002 — Build for the bandwidth we have

USSD is a first-class citizen.

The smartphone-first internet doesn't reach the patient who needs us most. Every Salvus product has a 2G fallback, an SMS path, and a dial-back code. Beautiful, to us, is offline-first.

  • Salvus Emergency works on a Nokia 105.
  • Records sync over SMS-relay where data is intermittent.
  • Voice-first triage in English, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa & Pidgin.
003 — Open the rails

Our API is the product.

Hospitals, insurers and clinics around us are partners, not competitors. We expose every capability we build as an API so any team — banks, telcos, ministries, your med-school side project — can put care in front of more people.

  • One-day sandbox approvals for verified developers.
  • Open changelog, public status page, signed webhooks.
  • Revenue share, not vendor lock-in.
